TCGLS’s and TCG GreenChem Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.’s labs are equipped with process safety and hazard analysis tools including RC-1 reaction calorimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimeters (DSC) to proactively assess and address potentially hazardous reactions.

TCG GreenChem Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is committed to responsible and sustainable operations, with a strong focus on water conservation and pollution prevention. The facility is equipped with a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, incorporating primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes, including neutralization, strippers, multiple-effect evaporators (MEE), ATFD, aerobic biological treatment, and RO plants. This integrated system ensures that all wastewater is safely treated, reused, and recycled within plant utilities to minimizing environmental impact.

The company is registered with the Pollution Control Board (SPCB,CPCB), India, and all waste management and treatment activities are continuously monitored in real-time, 24/7, to ensure compliance with the highest environmental standards

Clean Energy & Efficiency

• Transition to Bio-Briquettes: We have replaced coal with eco-friendly bio-briquettes, significantly reducing carbon emissions and reliance on non-renewable resources. This enhances our ESG performance by advancing low-carbon energy adoption and promoting circularity.
• Solar Power Adoption: We’ve implemented solar-powered streetlights across our premises to reduce energy consumption and promote clean, renewable power. This lowers our carbon footprint and reinforces our commitment to sustainable infrastructure.
• Energy-Efficient Lighting: We have shifted from CFL lights to energy-efficient LED lighting, which reduces power consumption and lowers carbon emissions.
• Optimized Equipment:
  • We use premium IE4/IE3 energy-efficient induction motors in equipment like Air Handling Units (AHUs) and exhaust hoods to enhance operational efficiency and reduce electricity consumption.
  • We integrate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to optimize equipment speed and power usage, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving operational efficiency.

Resource Management & Waste Reduction

• Water Stewardship: Our comprehensive water initiatives include rainwater harvesting and reuse, the use of garden sprinklers, and precise water metering to conserve resources and promote sustainable usage.
• Hazardous Waste Reduction: We use a screw press machine for sludge dewatering, which effectively reduces hazardous waste generation and lowers disposal costs.
• Single-Use Plastic Reduction: We are reducing single-use waste by replacing disposable paper cups with reusable steel glasses and ceramic mugs.
• Promoting Eco-Friendly Practices: We distribute eco-friendly jute bags to employees and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and reduce single-use plastic.
