Environmental Health and Safety remains one of the primary concerns of TCGLS and TCG GreenChem Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.. The plant has been designed around the best practices in EH&S and has a dedicated Safety Officer in place who reports directly to the General Manager. This position is exclusively responsible for plant and staff safety as well as environmental safety. In order to ensure the safety of our employees, the Safety Officer also maintains a Health and Chemical Hygiene Program for our laboratories and plants. 

TCGLS’s and TCG GreenChem Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.’s labs are equipped with process safety and hazard analysis tools including RC-1 reaction calorimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimeters (DSC) to proactively assess and address potentially hazardous reactions. 

The TCG GreenChem Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. site is equipped with a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, which include a neutralization system, multiple effect evaporator, and anaerobic biological treatment to ensure safe discharge of all wastewater. The company is registered with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India and all waste management activities are monitored in real time 24/7.
